Once again we've had to sign a contract with the Embassy Suites and we will be charging $5.00 per attendee to cover the room charge

SPECIAL ROOM RATES; Guests can call the Embassy Suites at 719-599-9100 and ask for the “Catering Rate” which is $105.00/night plus 9.4% tax and is subject to availability. You may also book online at embassysuites.com and use the three-letter code “L02”. Normally the rate is $129 to $159.
