Maureen Letendre, CPCC, Founder and Owner of
In Demand Coaching, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a
licensed Motivation Factor Partner. She is an Empowerment coach whose
practice is supported by over 20 years experience coaching individuals,
entrepreneurs, small and family-owned businesses, and large corporations.
Maureen also works with individuals who are looking for life fulfillment or
dealing with life transitions.
As an Empowerment Coach, Maureen helps her clients turn their dreams into
realities. She accomplishes this by working with her clients to determine
what their true purpose and desires are and helps them to discover those
things that hold them back. She also works with them to determine what
drains their energy and how to make appropriate choices to perform at their
highest level. The key to her client’s success is in providing them
accountability for the actions they choose to obtain their desired outcome.
Maureen’s experience as a senior executive in human resources has made her
an expert in organizational effectiveness and change management. Her
experience as a vice president of a family-owned company and as a business
owner herself has given her the ability to fully understand and appreciate
what her clients experience on a daily basis. She understands the dynamics
and functions in a business, from sales and marketing to manufacturing and
operations. She has worked with diverse industries, such as technology,
publishing/advertising and construction. Maureen is also a trained Mediator
and Facilitator and offers those services in her practice as well.
Maureen received a good portion of her experience and training while working
at DEC from 1976 through 1998. Nineteen years of that time was spent in
Human Resources with positions ranging from Employment Coordinator, HR
Consultant, Business Partner and finally Corporate Employee Relations
Manager for the U.S. Field organization. Maureen remains grateful for all
she was able to accomplish and learn and for all the lasting friendships.
In addition to being active in several
professional associations, Maureen has given back to her community by
volunteering as a Board Member in organizations such as the Jaycees, the
Hudson Youth Center, and Marlborough Hospital.
