As an early (1962) and ongoing
member of Ken's management team, Win will share his thoughts on
Ken's philosophy, leadership qualities, and keen appreciation for
innovative and talented individuals/teams that shared his high
standards and values.
Digital's Technologies... a Perspective -
Rod Sutherland, Digital's
Corporate Ambassador
Over 40 years of ever-expanding
product lines from Digital have evolved into many of the key
technologies found at the center of today's computing and
communications. A perspective look back to the technologies, people
and innovative processes that grew up in Digital over those years
will be presented.
The Digital Mgmt Legacy: A Culture of
Knowledge, Innovation and Collaborative Advantage - Debra Amidon,
Founder & CEO of ENTOVATION Int'l
Digital was a management enigma,
particularly in how innovative ideas were brought to market. Debra
will explore the roots of the company's value system, and how it has
become the managerial standard in enterprises around the world.
Ken's philosophy, evident in his infamous parables, became the
learning environment to emulate...engaging, networked, and
empowering each employee and stakeholder - all in the quest of
quality and corporate success.
